Signal Butte Animal Hospital & Grooming

I came to Signal Butte Animal hospital to have a sedated nail trim done on my Chesapeake Bay Retriever. The Vet and Technician were very helpful in explaining options and course of treatment. The Tech explained how she would work to get the nails as short as possible and smoothed. I was surprised at how great a job she did on the nails. They look the best of any nail trim I have had done by both breeders and show handlers. Job well done. Thank you!

I was a walk-in client, so I understood that meant I would need to wait. While I waited, the new girl up front offered both me and my dog water which I thought was kind. Eventually, I was offered the opportunity to come back at 4 PM to be seen as an appointee since someone had canceled. When I made it back just before 4, my dog was almost immediately seen and treated. The veterinarian was very kind and thorough. She even went the extra mile for transparency in generating a quote for best and worst-case scenarios in the event my dog would require surgery (which thankfully it doesn't seem to have come to that). At the appointment, their focus was on caring for my dog. Then, AFTER treating him, we discussed payment for service. Thankfully they offered a payment plan since I didn't have $700 to drop on an emergency appointment. Then, this morning, I received a text from the office asking me how my dog was doing. This is the ONLY vet office in Arizona (main metro areas) that I have found that genuinely prioritizes the care of the animal, and for that reason, I would absolutely recommend this veterinary office to my family and friends, and anyone else with a furry, four-legged family member.

I brought my 1 year old Roxie dutch sheperd here as a walk in. I had previously taken her to a emergency vet to get ran around and told all kinds of stuff that could be wrong with my baby girl and wanting to hospitalize my roxie. I came here and we got seen very quickly and the vet Deanna was amazing and compassionate can tell she really cares about your babies and making them get better. She didn't try giving me the run arounds she gave me her honest opinion about what she thought was wrong with my baby and made me feel my baby was in good hands. She prescribed her 2 medications to help my poor baby and within 2 hours of her 1st dosage we seen a difference. Thank you so much ik where I'll be taking my girl from now on.

We unfortunately had to put down one of our dogs and this place was simply amazing. They were companionate and understanding, explained every step of the way and even gave our dog an amazing treat, because as they said, "every dog deserves to taste chocolate at least once". I can't put into words how grateful we are for the staff, they were simply amazing every step of the way.

I am new to the area and made an appt. based on recommendations from a FB Group. I found that the facility was clean and had caring Vets and Vet Techs. Appointment availability was not a problem, got in the next day. Went in for initial wellness check and canine influenza booster shot. My pup, Benny, was very relaxed and responded well to the facility, vet and vet tech. I loved that I got a follow-up text the day after our visit. Pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to return if it was necessary.

The staff were great with my puppy. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism they showed during the exam without the unnecessary speeches I've encountered at another vet (15 minutes explaining JUST Parvo and why I should not socialize my dog until he's 6 months old, as well as recommending in-home professional training - 1 1/2 hour experience for vaccinations!). As every pet owner knows, the environment and exam is scary for your pet. This makes it stressful for the pet and the owner. The efficiency they showed while being thorough at Signal Butte Animal Hospital was such a relief and was very much appreciated by both my puppy and myself.

Dr. Graham as always provided top notch care for my boy-- Curly. The Doctor is a very caring individual who helped me recently cope with an end of life situation with another one of my pets. He is a very knowledgeable person who is dedicated to giving his patients the best of care. I consider him to be the best Vet that I have encountered and know that my pets are in excellent hands with him.
